The project is a complex of luxury homes, located on a single plot. The 2000.00 m2 triangular geometric field located at the “Roussa Limni” location of the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, two new modern ground floor houses with a basement are to be built.

The architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study and Development Supervision & construction of the project had as its basic planning principle the image of the building in the area. The building will be placed in the North-East part of the plot as planting formations are developed on its South side and the access to it through the Old Provincial Road, for the best architectural result.

In the country landscape of the area, a house with a minimalist design was built for the above all “friend” owner. With the data of the area, the entire architectural proposal is harmonious, simple and fits into the natural environment of the area.

Functionally, the choice of the location of the individual spaces of the residence was made based on the needs of the owner, the orientation appropriate to them depending on their use so that all the main spaces at least acquire the greatest possible sunshine and the best possible exploitation of the view offered by the stadium. A view was sought and granted to the day-living areas of the living room – everyday at the three points of the horizon.
