The study concerns a traditional two-storey building, of modern architecture and traditional aesthetics, with a total area of 163.00 sq.m, located on a plot of 165.00 sq.m within the traditional settlement of Kritsa.

Objective of the architectural firm IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions during the morphological processing was to create a building that will harmonize with the traditional character of the area but at the same time will offer the feeling of modern architecture. The existence of the traditional character of the settlement was a challenge in this particular project.

The choice of gray and earthy colors as well as the composition of wood and stone formed the main palette, giving a sense of cohesion and offering a warm family environment.
