The Study concerns a two-story apartment building, modern architecture, total area 240.00 M2, on a plot of 400.00 M2 in the Mardati area. The building consists of two independent houses on the ground floor and on the first floor. It is placed centrally and in front of the plot in a prominent position, leaving free outdoor space in the surrounding area around it.

The architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study, supervision and Construction of the project had as a basic planning principle the image of the building on the settlement. When processing the facades, the goal was to create a building that would fit into the environment and harmonize with the character of the area.

The decoration of the residence is based on the logic of forming a warm family space.
