The architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study and Development Supervision & construction of the project, he ensured that the placement of the residence was done in the most suitable part of the plot based on the offered view of the boundary of the building line. In the residence in question, we made sure to develop comfortable spaces with large openings oriented to the East in order to achieve optimal lighting – solarization of the spaces and to achieve a better architectural result.

It is a comfortable ground floor house with three bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a w.c, in the single space of which the living room and the dining room are developed, with a basement that is accessed from the outside by a ramp descent for the car entrance. Access to the roof is ensured through an external open staircase which in the future will also be the access to a possible floor of the building.

With the data of the area, the entire architectural proposal is harmonious, simple and fits into the natural environment of the area.
