As part of the turnkey service, the architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study and Development Supervision & construction of the project, was included in the construction of said project. There was a detailed preparation-monitoring and approval of the architectural plans and electro-mechanical studies. The residence is built on a flat plot in Vlachides outside Lakkonia.

In the country landscape of the area, a stone house with a minimalist design was built for the above all “German friends” owners with special demands on the construction quality and functionality of the house. The placement of the building and the design had to be a primary key role of the residence. The construction will be made with conventional materials such as a reinforced concrete frame with stone cladding, thermal break aluminum frames with energy glass panes for better thermal insulation and metal bars will be used

Besides the Design and Construction stages, the office also undertook the interior decoration of the minimal luxury residence. Kitchen and furniture designed exclusively for this particular residence with special emphasis on the application of materials and textures to highlight the special minimal traditional character. The stone surfaces, the white plastered interior plaster, the anthracite tile and the external cement mortar are the main elements of the residence. Loose lines, tones of white and charcoal dominate the color scheme of the residence.
