The Study concerns a three-story luxury residence, with a modern minimal aesthetic, in the area of Agios Nikolaos, Lassithi Prefecture, Crete. The building consists of a set of houses and is placed in a prominent position in front of the plot.< /span>

The architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study and Development Supervision & construction of the project had as its basic planning principle the image of the building in the area. During the morphological design of the facades, the aim was to create a building that would be integrated into the environment and harmonize with the urban character of the area, but at the same time its expected minimal architecture would stand out. Architectural overhangs and architectural elements, oncoplastic overhangs and decorative elements, shading and natural lighting regulation systems, choice of white color and use of different tones of anthracite in the exterior frames are the basic architectural elements of the three-story luxury residence.
