The project is a complex of luxury homes, located on consecutive plots. The total area of the complex is in an advantageous position in the “Armi” area of Kritsa, a settlement of cultural and natural interest. Due to the strong slope of the ground, 3 cave dwellings were created under the ground and by extension contributing to the architectural effect. The rest of the houses have been built on a hill, with an excellent visual effect.</span >

The entrance is located on a provincial road, providing easy access for users.

The architectural office IOANNIS ATSALIS arcitecture & constructions having undertaken the Study and Development Supervision & construction of the project had as its basic design principle the image of the nearby traditional settlement of Kritsa. During the morphological processing of the facades, the goal was to create a building that would fit into the natural environment and harmonize with the traditional character of the area.

The choice of materials, textures and colors, as well as the inventive combination of the above was done in such a way as to emphasize the feeling of a “traditional residence” in a more timeless context.
